• The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• All data you enter remains your property.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Data and Account

• All data is stored securely on Supabase servers (not end-to-end encrypted).
• You may delete your account at any time; this action is irreversible and all data will be deleted with no backup.
• You can export your data at any time.

4. Analytics

• We use Amplitude for event logging, which captures your IP address and userID for analytics purposes.
• No data is shared with advertisers or third parties.

5. No Medical Advice

• The app is intended for informational and tracking purposes only.
• It does not provide medical advice or replace consultation with healthcare professionals.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
